The Challenge
Following our successful warehouse heating installation for EVOVE in 2024, the customer approached us again to provide air conditioning throughout their large open-plan office and boardroom.
As with the previous heating project, the aesthetics of the modern building were important. The system needed to provide effective year-round temperature control while complementing the clean, contemporary appearance of the offices.
The installation also required landlord approval for the external condenser units, creating an additional stage that needed to be carefully managed.
The Solution
We selected a high-efficiency Mitsubishi Heavy Industries ceiling cassette air conditioning system, providing both heating and cooling for year-round comfort.
The system offers an excellent COP of around 4, meaning it can provide approximately 4kW of heating for every 1kW of electricity consumed under suitable conditions.
The ceiling cassette units provide a neat, unobtrusive finish within the office environment, while the easy-to-use touch controllers give staff straightforward control of the system.
Installation with Minimal Disruption
With the external condenser units requiring landlord approval, we supported EVOVE throughout the discussions.
We provided the landlord with the relevant information and technical reassurance required to demonstrate that the proposed installation was suitable for the building.
Our involvement helped speed up the approval process, allowing the project to move forward without unnecessary delays.
The installation was carefully planned around EVOVE’s working environment.
Our team worked efficiently to install the indoor ceiling cassettes while keeping disruption to office staff to a minimum.
The project was completed to plan in August 2026, with the new system ready to provide comfortable temperatures throughout the year.
The Result
EVOVE now has a modern, high-efficiency air conditioning system providing year-round temperature control across its open-plan offices and boardroom.
The customer was pleased with the finished installation, particularly the neat appearance of the system and its ease of use.
Having previously installed EVOVE’s warehouse heating system in 2024, this project demonstrates the value of developing a long-term relationship with a customer.
